Our clients have the flexibility to choose where you work out. Although our plan is designed for home-based fitness enthusiasts, the workouts can be performed in the gym if desired.

No.  All sales are final.  The reason for this approach is because once the content is delivered instantly to the client, it can be seen by the client. Refunds can only be given in the following circumstances:

  • If there was a technical issue and we can see that the content was never sent.
  • If the transaction was not a genuine transaction (card fraud etc); this will be handled by our legal department.

Who is Coach Mike?

Coach Mike is a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Corrective Exercise Specialist thru the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). 

He trains clients one-on-one, virtual, and online.  He also conducts small group training classes, and early morning indoor cycling classes.

Coach Mike’s energetic and motivating approach to personal training has resulted in many clients transforming their bodies and lives into desired outcomes, regardless of initial fitness level.
